Cancellation policy

A non-refundable deposit of £400 is required upon registration to secure your place in the training course.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the start date of the course will receive a refund of any amount paid above the non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the start date of the course will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total course fee (excluding the non-refundable deposit).

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 15 days before the start date of the course.

If you wish to cancel your registration, you must notify us in writing via email at least 15 days before the course start date to be eligible for a refund.
